UFC headed back to Dublin, Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day 2010

It’s been said a number of times that when fans and officials sat down in attendance at UFC 93 in Dublin, they’d never felt an atmosphere like it. It’s good to know then that UFC are returning there, and on the most Ireland friendly day of the year.

Speaking at a question and answer session recently, Lorenzo Fertitta was asked when the UFC would be returning to Dublin, and his response was clear.

“We will be back in Dublin next year on St. Patty’s Day.”

Another trip to Dublin will be good news for fans in Ireland, as well as fans on mainland UK. Obviously it is too early to know of any possible fights for the card, but one thing is for sure, Irish fans love their MMA, and will love another show on their home turf.
